Pallet Racking Beams

Warehouse racking beams supplied in pairs in order to build a full warehouse racking system.

• Racking beams with box construction - no inset step thus providing better rigidity
• Manufactured according to European FEM standards
• Supplied in pairs complete with safety locking pins
• Compatible frames allow to adjust beams every 50mm
• Available in 2 & 3 tonne capacity versions - shown capacities are the uniformly distributed load per pair
• Compatible decking includes timber, chipboard, wire mesh and galvanised decks
  

  Compatible frames (to create a complete pallet racking kit):

  • 9 tonne frames can be purchased here
    • Allow for 4 x 2 tonne levels (8 tonnes overall) or 3 x 3 tonne levels (9 tonnes overall)
  • 12 tonne frames can be purchased here
    • Allow for 4 x 3 tonne levels or 6 x 2 tonne levels (12 tonnes overall)

• 3 tonne capacity beams:
  • 2700mm long, section size: 120 x 40mm

  • 3900mm long, section size: 140 x 50mm

Guide to choosing the right size pallet racking beams:

• For U.K. pallets 1200mm wide x 1000mm deep (longer side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 1350, 2700 or 3900mm long
  • Frames - 900mm deep
• For Euro pallets 800mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 950, 1850, 2700 or 3600mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• For U.K. pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 1150mm, 2250 or 3300mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• Above sizes include 75mm clearance between adjacent pallets and pallet racking uprights
