The Height Adjustable ESD Workbench is specifically designed for environments where electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is essential - such as electronics manufacturing, testing facilities and static-sensitive assembly zones. Built with a conductive melamine worktop and a durable epoxy powder-coated steel frame, this workstation helps protect sensitive components while providing a stable, ergonomic work surface.

Featuring an adjustable height range of 650–900 mm, this workbench enables users to fine-tune their working position - reducing strain and improving comfort during long tasks, whether sitting or standing. Its static-safe surface is ideal for handling PCBs, semiconductor components, assemblies and other static-sensitive items.

Available in multiple size configurations, this ESD bench suits a wide range of workshop layouts - from compact labs to large production floors. Built for daily industrial use, it delivers both static protection and ergonomic flexibility to help elevate productivity in modern technical environments.

Worktops:

  • Lamstat - 20mm thick laminate worktop with a resistance of 10^6 10^8 ohms, worktop is hard and is ideal for chemicals or heat
  • Neostat - 20mm thick synthetic rubber with a resistance of 10^5 10^7 ohms, softer worktop allowing for better grip and smaller parts not moving

This ESD workbench is available in 2 sizes:

  • 600mm deep x 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm or 1800mm wide
  • 750mm deep x 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm or 1800mm wide

These workbenches can be customised with drawers or a cupboard in different colours.
