Heavy-duty fork extensions are a simple way to increase the length of forklift forks.    They are manufactured from 5mm thick steel with strengthening plates and are ideal for heavy-duty applications.   Supplied in pairs.

  • To suit forks 80mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm wide and up to 75mm thick
  • For the extension width, please select the size of your fork truck forks.
  • For the extension length, this can be up to 66% of your fork truck forks

Manufactured from robust 5 mm steel with internal strengthening plates, these heavy-duty sleeves slip over your existing forklift forks for increased load-handling reach without sacrificing stability. They’re ideal for transporting longer or awkward loads - such as timber, steel, pipes or oversized pallets - where standard forks simply can’t reach.

  • Wide Size Options: Available for forks 80 mm to 200 mm wide and up to 75 mm thick.

  • Extension Length Choice: Up to 66 % longer than original forks for extended reach.

  • Quick Fit: Simple slip-on installation — remove heel pin, slide on and refit pin.

  • Compliance: Conforms to BS EN 13284 heavy duty standards.

  • Please note: Maximum extension length is fork length + 66%, e.g. 1200mm forks = 2000mm extensions
  • These extensions are sold in pairs and the price given is per pair.
