Pallet Racking Frames

Pre-built pallet racking frames to provide convenient access to stored pallets.

Beams are sold separately here.

• Warehouse racking frames are delivered pre-assembled in order to provide quicker installation
• Supplied with floor fixings and levelling shims
• Two frames are required to install a starter bay and one for each extension bay
• Hard-wearing powder coated blue finish- thus ensuring better wear & abrasion resistance
• Enables ground level pallet storage as there is no need for bottom reinforcement
• Complies with the latest safety regulations - all static calculations are made according to FEM 10.2.02
• Features galvanised row spacers which add strength and stability to back-to-back racking bays

Guide to choosing the right size:

• For U.K. pallets 1200mm wide x 1000mm deep (longer side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 1350, 2700 or 3900mm long
  • Frames - 900mm deep
• For Euro pallets 800mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 950, 1850, 2700 or 3600mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• For U.K. pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 1150mm, 2250 or 3300mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• Above sizes include 75mm clearance between adjacent pallets and pallet racking uprights
