Galvanised Pallet Racking Frames

Galvanised pallet racking frames designed to build a complete racking system  

• Warehouse racking frames which are manufactured from galvanised steel which provides superior corrosion resistance
• Frames are supplied pre-assembled which therefore permits easier installation
• Supplied with shims in addition to floor fixing bolts
• Two frames are required for an initial bay and also one frame for each extension bay
• The pallet racking frames must be installed on suitable concrete - thus not suitable for tarmac
• Galvanised row spacers add strength and stability to back-to-back racking bays
• Each frame is 76mm wide x 79mm deep x 2mm thick

Pallet racking dimensions:

• Choice of heights: 3000, 4000 or 5000mm
• Choice of depths: 900 or 1100mm
• Load capacity: 9000kg

Guide to choosing the right size galvanised pallet racking frames:

• For U.K. pallets 1200mm wide x 1000mm deep (longer side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 1350mm long
  • Frames - 900mm deep
• For Euro pallets 800mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 2700mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• For U.K. pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
  • Beams - 3300mm long
  • Frames - 1100mm deep
• Above sizes include 75mm clearance between adjacent pallets and pallet racking uprights

N.B. Load capacities are for indoor specification. No allowance for wind and snow loading.
