Galvanised pallet racking beams supplied in pairs with safety clips. Corrosion-resistant finish makes it ideal for use in harsh environments or outdoors.

Galvanised beams to be built together with frames for a complete galvanised pallet racking system -suitable for use in damp environments and outdoors.
- Warehouse racking manufactured from galvanised steel to ensure superior corrosion resistance
- Box construction with no inset step in order to provide better rigidity
- Supplied in pairs complete with safety clips
- For this type of racking, we recommend galvanised panels to be used as a decking
- These galvanised pallet racking beams are also easy to install and adjust on compatible teardrop galvanised frames

- 2 tonne (per pair) beams:
- 1350mm long, section size: 80 x 40mm
- 3 tonne (per pair) beams:
- 2700mm long, section size: 120 x 40mm
- 3300mm long, section size: 135 x 50mm
Guide to choosing the right size pallet racking beams:
- For U.K. pallets 1200mm wide x 1000mm deep (longer side facing the aisle)
- Beams – 1350mm long
- Frames – 900mm deep
- For Euro pallets 800mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
- Beams – 2700mm long
- Frames – 1100mm deep
- For U.K. pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
- Beams –Â 3300mm long
- Frames – 1100mm deep
- Above sizes include 75mm clearance between adjacent pallets and pallet racking uprights
*Please note that single bays and bays with one level are not advisable.
N.B. Load capacities are for indoor specification. There is no allowance for wind or snow loading.
