We offer two engineering support alternatives:
1. Free Desk Support
Issues can be dealt with via the phone. Depending on the enquiry we might need photographs, drawings, designs, etc.
2. Free Site Visits
If your enquiry cannot be handled via the phone, we can send out a field engineer to survey your site. Once all the measurements are taken, we will produce design drawings and a quote according to your specs.
If you have a product in mind that you can’t find anywhere else, send us a rough sketch of it or a picture of something similar you’ve seen and we will build it for you.
