Delivery and Shipping

Free Delivery on all orders over £100+VAT within U.K. Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). This excludes all Conveyor products which incur a delivery charge.

For all orders under £100 + VAT, there is a set charge of £10 + VAT.

For delivery outside the UK mainland or for Conveyor orders, please ring us on 0333 005 0323 to quote.

Product Details

Gravity roller conveyors to improve productivity & reduce manual handling

  • Versatile modular design.
  • Ideal for warehouse & industrial applications.
  • Powder coated mild steel multipunched smoothline section frames.
  • 50mm diameter rollers - 20kg capacity free running PVC or 80kg capacity heavy duty bright zinc plated rollers.
  • Bright zinc plated steel stands, recommended 1500mm centres. Stands can be used to join lengths.
  • Can be set at a decline or used horizontally.
  • It is recommended that you have a minimum of 3 rollers under the load

  • Delivery is approx. 2 to 3 weeks
  • Please note no stands are included.  These must be added if required.

Optional accessories

  • Stands - 450/650mm. You will require 2 stands for a 1m, 1.5 and 2m length. For the 3m length you will require 3 stands as we recommend a stand every 1500mm.
  • Stands - 650/1100mm
  • Stands - 900/1500mm
  • End stop
  • Side guides to prevent objects from falling off the conveyor. Please select the correct side guide according to the roller pitch and length of the conveyor chosen.

Roller pitch options:

  • 75mm roller pitch (for items greater than 225mm long)
  • 125mm roller pitch (for items greater than 375mm long)

Length options:

  • 1M, 1.5M, 2M, 3M

Roller options:

  • 300mm/450mm/600mm PVC roller
