Food, pharmaceutical, drinks and chemical industries often need forklift skips constructed and adapted to suit their own specific processes. This may require special access heights, perforated double sheet bases to let liquids separate or drain out. We do similar adaptations to recover or screen out process fluids from high-value metals. Other applications include the need to clean off process debris without causing corrosion to the containers, storing and handling them. So for all these applications out roll forward forklift tipping skips are a great choice. Below we offer our standard range. We don't hold these in stock, all forklift stainless steel tipping skips are made to order. They generally take about 4 weeks from order date. • Full MIG and TIG welding facilities to provide total anti-contamination and cross-contamination finishes for sheet metal and structural sections
• All parts are constructed from 430 grade stainless for these products, however, we also work in 304, 316 and occasionally 321. Please ask if you need these grades
• Self-emptying roll operation with other operating mechanisms available on request
• Double locked release mechanism to avoid issues with unbalanced skip load
• All skips are fitted with a safety retaining chain to ensure they stay on the fork truck forks
• Lids, mesh side extensions, special pipe fittings, castors, drain plugs, filter base panels all available, please ask
• These tipping skips are made to order and take approx. 15 to 20 working days

Free Delivery on all orders over £100+VAT within U.K. Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland). This excludes all Conveyor products which incur a delivery charge.

For all orders under £100 + VAT, there is a set charge of £10 + VAT.
