Pallet racking kit consisting of pre-assembled racking frames and beams
Pallet racking frames
- Overall capacity – 9000kg or 12000kg
- Frames depth – 900mm or 1100mm
- Delivered pre-assembled for quicker installation
- Supplied with floor fixings and levelling shims
- Hard-wearing powder coated blue finish for better wear & abrasion resistance
- Enable ground level pallet storage as there is no need for bottom reinforcement
- Complies with the latest safety regulations – all static calculations are made according to FEM 10.2.02
Pallet Racking Beams
- Box construction beams with no inset step to provide better rigidity
- Manufactured according to European FEM standards
- Supplied in pairs complete with safety locking pins
- Can be adjusted every 50mm

Guide to choosing the right size pallet racking frames and beams:
- For U.K. pallets 1200mm wide x 1000mm deep (longer side facing the aisle)
- Beams – 1350, 2700 or 3900mm long
- Frames – 900mm deep
- For Euro pallets 800mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
- Beams – 950, 1850, 2700 or 3600mm long
- Frames – 1100mm deep
- For U.K. pallets 1000mm wide x 1200mm deep (shorter side facing the aisle)
- Beams –Â 1150mm, 2250 or 3300mm long
- Frames – 1100mm deep
- Above sizes include 75mm clearance between adjacent pallets and pallet racking uprights
Your first beam level must not exceed 1600mm in height
