There are two types of packing benches to choose from: Standard & Large. See illustration pictures opposite. The large one is better for paired cuts and has 2 x 40kgs reel bars above the worktop and side feeds the operative (although once cut you can work from any face). The Standard front feeds to the operative and has a tool shelf above the worktop and one 50kgs reel bar. Choose which is best for you or call us if you want something a little different and we will make it for you.

Packing Bench System comprising workbench adaptions for packing material, storage, dispensing and cutting.
We offer two types of workbenches for this: standard and large. The standard work station is in 3 sizes with over dispenser bar plus a top-shelf, an under storage half-sized shelf and dispensing bar below the worktop. The Large Packing bench is 1830 mm x 1220 mm for “cutting and preparation” with a large utility shelf under the generous Work Table worktop for storage and good organisation of equipment and space for a trolley, stock or work in progress. Together they provide the perfect solution for most Workbench packing applications and deliver a safe working load well above most Workshop Work Table capacities.
Additionally, our Workshop Trolley compliments our Packing Bench range and allows flexibility job to job to provide the core of a packing operation facility which combines both efficiency and productivity for anyone wanting to enhance workplace performance.
All this equipment comes with:
- Structural interlocking sections for maximum strength
- 25 mm MDF worktops
- Reel bars all included and shelves as shown
- Comes complete with protective plastic feet and protective top caps
- Easy to assemble with assembly instructions

- 3 depths 610 mm, 760 mm & 915 mm
- All worktops are 915 mm at the tops level
- The Work Tops may be lowered in height to suit individual operative best working heights
Large Packing Bench Work Tables:
- All 1525 mm overall height
- Width 1220 mm, depth 1220 mm
- Worktops are 915 mm at the tops level
- The Work Tops may be lowered in height to suit individual operative best working heights
- The Trolley is not included, see separate price
Workshop Trolley :
- Both sizes are 640 mm overall high and 920mm wide
- Choose from 455mm deep for *Standard Benches or 770 mm for the Large one
Deliveries: Normally within 5 working days.
* The 455 mm depth trolley pairs well with the 915 mm deep bench for end of shift storage.
