Heavy-duty fork extensions are a simple way to increase the length of forklift forks to suit forks 80mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm wide and up to 75mm thick. Manufactured from 5mm thick steel with strengthening plates, they are ideal for heavy-duty applications. Scroll down for more information. Supplied in pairs.

These Heavy Duty Fork Extensions can be fitted on to your forklift truck quickly and easily
- Safe handling of loads for the occasional long reach
- To fit the extensions, simply remove the heel pin and drive into them.
- Once fully entered into the extensions, lift and re-fit the heel pin.
- No reduction in manoeuvrability for conventional operations
- 5mm thick steel with 2 x 8mm thick stiffening plates welded inside each section to make these fork extensions extra strong.
- Conforms to BS EN 13284
- Please note:Â Maximum extension length is fork length + 66%, e.g. 1200mm forks = 2000mm extensions
- These extensions are sold in pairs and the price given is per pair.
